Dětí s autismem přibývá. Celoplošná systémová péče však v Česku neexistuje.
Problémy s komunikací, neschopnost hrát si se svými vrstevníky, potíže s chováním, lpění na rituálech, odpor ke změnám prostředí, abnormální reakce na různé zvuky, pachy, dotyky. Sebepoškozování i agresivita, osamocenost a izolovanost. To je jen malý výčet problémů, s nimiž se děti s autismem potýkají. V případě tohoto onemocnění jde o celé spektrum příznaků, které každého ovlivňují jinak. Tlak na rodiny je enormní, pomoc, které se jim u nás dostává, v mnoha případech minimální. Nemožnost včas diagnostikovat a léčit autismus vede k tomu, že schopnosti, které lidé s autismem mají, zůstávají nevyužity. Pokračování článku ...
