Kraje musí zajistit péči, rozhodl soud. Sami bychom to nezvládli, vítají rozsudek příbuzní autisty
Neznamená to, že kraj musí zajistit konkrétní péči podle ideálních představ. Nemůže ale zůstat nečinný s poukazem na to, že vhodné zařízení neexistuje, případně má plno.
Brno - Kraje mají povinnost zajistit lidem se zdravotním postižením dostupnost vhodné sociální služby. Veřejná moc nemůže rodiny "nechat na holičkách", rozhodl ve středu Ústavní soud. Neznamená to, že kraj musí zajistit konkrétní péči podle ideálních představ. Nemůže ale zůstat nečinný s poukazem na to, že vhodné zařízení neexistuje, případně má plno.
